ゴールデンポークのとんかつが食べてみたいと、相方と2人で伺ってきました。
栃木県足利市にある「とんかつ 栄」さん♪
ブランド豚のとんかつが美味しいと評判のお店です。
いつものように開店前に到着！
開店時間と同時に入店です♪
注文は事前に決めていました。
★特上とんかつ定食 2,100円（170g）
★特上ひれかつ定食 2,100円
★ノンアルビール 350円
特上がゴールデンポークを使ったものです。
食べ比べのため、ロースとヒレをお願いしました。
そのあと、訪れたお客さんのほとんどが特上を頼まれていました。
こちらに来られるお客さんの多くは、ゴールデンポークが目当てのようです！
ゴールデンポークは、サイボクで改良されたブランド豚を指します。
きめ細かな肉質で霜降りがあり、柔らかく、味にコクが感じられます。
焼いても縮みが少なく、ジューシーな肉質が特徴のようです。
前置きはこのくらいにしておきます。
喫食しましょう♪
揚げ具合が絶妙で、サクッとした食感が楽しい♪
食べ比べると、ロースの方は脂の旨味がしっかりと感じられます♪
一方のひれかつは、しっとりとした食感でこれまた美味しい♪
甲乙つけがたい味わいで、どちらも素晴らしいです！
相方にいたっては、今までに食べた「とんかつ」で一番とのこと。
一番かどうかは別として、異次元の美味しさであったのは確かです♪
久しぶりに美味しい「とんかつ」に巡り合えたような気がします。
今日も美味しいランチをいただきました。
