足利家ゆかりの地、鑁阿寺境内で足利名物の食べられる店

食い倒れの旅第17弾 甲信越〜北関東の旅
（北関東で最大都市の宇都宮を擁する栃木県）
朝食で訪問。
場所は足利市の市役所近くで
鎌倉幕府を討幕した足利尊氏で有名な
足利氏の邸宅後があったり、
国宝にも指定されてる本堂があったりで
有名な「鑁阿寺」の境内にあります。
食べたのは、
足利シュウマイ（蒸し） 170円
で、実際の足利シュウマイだけど、
みじん切りにした玉ねぎと
片栗粉を練った餡を皮で包んで蒸した
粉物バンザイな北関東らしい
謎のシュウマイなんだけど、
食べてみると、
お肉を使って無いからかなりあっさり。
だけどなんとなくシュウマイを
食べてる気がする味わいだし
食感がモチモチで旨い！！！
、、、粉物のポテンシャル凄いw
そして構成がほぼ小麦だからこそ、、、
やっぱりソースと合う（笑）
そしてご飯のオカズにもなるやつ！
「粉もん＋ごはん」は大阪のものだけじゃない！！笑
そんな感じで北関東における
粉物のポテンシャルも実感できるお店だったかな
まぁ良い朝食だったw
