先日出かけた時に見つけた焼肉屋さんの後にオープンしてた
有機野菜と創作料理の「菜七彩」さんへ。
食べログには既にお店の方が登録してあるから写真も撮りやすいし
「有機、特別、自然栽培の野菜や、珍しい野菜を多く使った
ヘルシーな創作料理」と言うことなのでメタボな私にはピッタリなので
車のリコールを予約してたのでその前にヘルシーなランチをと
時間を見計らって伺ってみましたよぉ ♪ヾ(‘∀’o)ﾉ
先客さんは一組、後からのお客さんも一組だけですが
すでに１２時半を過ぎてましたからねぇ (ﾟДﾟ;)
ランチのメニューは日替わりビュッフェで時間制で食べ放題
ライスとスープが付く６０分のコースが１２００円
７０分のコースだとコーヒーか紅茶がプラスで１４００円
９０分のコースだと更にケーキも付いて１７００円
だそうです。
小食なので食べ放題ではとても元を取れませんし
しばらくデザートも控えてますので
６０分の一番安いコースでお願いしてみましたよぉ (*´σｰ`)ｴﾍﾍ
ビュッフェの料理は入り口左手の夜はカウンター席になる
カウンターテーブルにサラダや野菜料理と肉料理が
１１，２種類くらい程 (≧ω≦*)
新鮮そうなサラダ類や野菜料理は十分ありましたが
やっぱり食べたい肉料理は牛肉とニンニクの芽のスタミナ焼きと
鶏肉とキャベツのガーリック鍋はまだ有りましたが
一番そそられるジンジャーポークソテーは空っぽ～ ρ(･ω･､)ｲｼﾞｲｼﾞ
無いと余計に食べてみたくなりますよぉ d(>ω<｡)ﾈｯ!!
ライスは雑穀米とスープ、サラダと野菜料理がメインにと
思ってたより更にヘルシーなランチになりましたぁ。
サラダの野菜は新鮮で料理の味付けもヘルシー志向で
まさに私にピッタリでしたよぉ ( *´艸`)ｸｽｸｽ
夜のアラカルトメニューを見ると美味しそうなのが
並んでましたからランチなら１２時前に伺うか
夜にアラカルトで食べるともっと美味しい料理を
食べられそうですよ。
と言うことで今回はお店の紹介だけで評価は次回に
伺う時まで保留にさせていただきま～す。
