This time, we chose a restaurant near Utsunomiya Station where we could eat vegetable roll Grilled skewer made with Tochigi vegetables, grilled over binchotan charcoal! The fact that it's vegetables means that we don't feel guilty about it. The restaurant has a stylish structure, an open kitchen, and a mezzanine, so it seems like it can accommodate a fairly large group of people. We went there around 8pm after work before the holiday, and a seat just opened up, so we were able to go in! Lucky! The restaurant was bustling with a wide range of ages, from young people to the elderly. First, we toasted with homemade ginger ale, Chantilly Gaff! It was delicious! We each ordered the vegetable rolls we wanted to eat, and we were hoping to order a lot of the ones we wanted, but many of them were sold out... However, all the grilled dishes had a charcoal flavor and were exquisitely seasoned and delicious. Both the cheese pea and the mochi cheese bacon rolls use cheese, but the aroma of the grilled cheese and the aroma of the binchotan charcoal make them delicious! The stewed offal was rich and melt-in-your-mouth! The chanja was also rich! It's so delicious that I think I could drink 3 glasses of alcohol just from this. You can't go wrong with Ajillo ajillo! It goes great with garlic bread, and the garlic really whets the appetite. The tonpei roll is healthy and full of vegetables, and it's good value for money, so I was able to eat it even when I was full. I was full again that day!
