「チャーシューメン、餃子3コ」をいただきました
昨年、大久保公園のつけ博で感動した一杯を求めて小山の実店舗へ初訪問
開店45分前の到着で一巡目をGET、着丼までは1時間
着席から15分程で焼き立てのジャンボ餃子3コが登場、間もなくチャーシューメンも着丼
極太メンマに絶妙な脂身比率の厚切りのジューシーチャーシューが3枚、優しい口当たりながらも出汁がしっかり追ってくる醤油スープ、手打ち乱切り中太麺の食感と食べ応え
具材、スープ、麺の絶品バランスな一杯との再会に無心で啜りまくる
ジャンボ餃子は粗切りの餡も美味しいし、厚手の皮もむちむち食感でかなりのボリューム
気付けばあっという間に腹パン＆ペロリ完食
