・チャーシューラーメン

【待ち時間】
・gwの5/4(土)に訪問。開店は11:30だが、10:50に到着、すでに20〜30人ほど並んでおり、開店後二巡目で着席。屋根があるところを超えて並ぶことがあり、その場合、猛暑にさらされる可能性がある。要注意。
【講評】
・たくさん並んで期待大で、出てきたラーメン。
一言で言うなら「絶品の佐野ラーメン」。
佐野ラーメン特有のもちもちする麺のコシ、
ほろほろで食べやすいチャーシュー
最高に甘く食べやすいネギ
これが全部揃っている。
と言うことはもう最高の佐野ラーメンということだ。
個人的に麺が最強過ぎると思う。茹でているときも逐一指で硬さを確認しておりコダワリを感じた。
・加えて餃子についても記載したい。
見た目が特大であるのはもちろん、野菜(具)がたくさん入っており食べやすい。作っている工程を見たが、はち切れんばかり具を入れており、ここにもこだわりがあるなあと思った。
近くに行く機会がなくてもまた食べに行きたい。
