金曜夜にお邪魔しました。
地元の友人に「駅そばに魚の美味い店があるんよ」とお奨めを受けまして期待度アップ。
１階は調理場をコの字に囲むカウンタースタイル。入店８時すぎは当然満席です。
まずは生ビールにお通し、本日は良く煮込まれた豚大根。ホッとする淡い味です。
おしんこを箸休めに次はお刺身へ、
あれ～栃木は海ありませんが、多彩なお刺身がありますね。
しめサバ、ホッケ、アオリイカをお願いします。
ビールを焼酎お湯割りにして、準備ＯＫ。
しめサバ 酢は強過ぎずサバの美味しさ脂のノリを楽しめます。
実は友人のイチオシだそうで。
ホッケ 刺身はいつ以来だったかな？ うむ繊細な白身が美味
ねっとり感もいいです。
アオリイカ 歯ごたえと甘みが美味ですね。プリン体になんか負けませんよ。
どの刺身も厚みがあり、男前サイズで、飲兵衛にはたまりません。
今日は、調子が良いので、お肉へも。
生ホルモン味噌炒めに串焼きは せせりとハツで〆ましょう。
ぷりぷりのホルモンに味噌だれが絡み、焼酎グイグイ。
串焼きも大ぶりカットで、大満足です。
ごちそうさまでした。
お会計は焼酎をのぞき3900円なり。ＣＰ良し！
