I had a lot of things on my mind.I wanted to have a quick drink in front of the station.Oh, maybe I should go to Teppachi at the west exit.As I was walking, I found Sumishun, which was quite crowded. I didn't like it, but I'm curious, so I'll give it a try.I entered the restaurant after 7pm, and there was probably a party in the private room in the back. It's exciting. Order a beer and check the recommendations. Fried horse mackerel with shimeji mushrooms and garland chrysanthemum dip is the only option! I also ordered Daisen chicken thighs, heart, liver, and potato salad. As I waited while drinking beer, the potato salad and dipping sauce arrived. The potato salad is a type that you mix by yourself, and if you mix it well, it goes well with beer! The dip is a little salty, but good! Next, the bean horse mackerel and yakitori arrived. The bean horse mackerel...maybe was required, which was a bit of a shame.I wanted the seasoning to be strong enough to go well with the beer as is.The yakitori, as expected, the liver was well grilled, which is not my preference. The heart was also well grilled. However, I don't like the well-cooked feel of the liver; it's too salty! The thighs are good, and the sauce is good, but you can tell the quality of the ingredients is clearly different from the nearby Torishichi. The additional drink is a mega highball, and the whiskey is also strong and goes well with yakitori and mame horse mackerel. That's right, this is Tochigi's local sake. I like it, they have horse sashimi, and I'd like to go for some local sake too... Hmm, I don't have any local sake that I want to drink, so I guess I'll go for the Kudoki Jojo super dry. After ordering and waiting for a while, I was told that Kudoki Jojo was out of stock... While I was thinking about it, I saw Bakuren Super Dry and the horse sashimi I ordered arrived...it looked like it was made in Canada and frozen? I often buy it at the supermarket and eat it...I might order something else...Turnip with salted kelp, I can imagine the taste, so I'm sure it'll be good! Decided on this! The visuals were as expected, but what I didn't expect was the amount and sesame oil. Now it's time to taste it... it's salty... it's delicious, but the taste is just as I imagined, but this saltiness... Overall, the price of the food is cheap, and the taste is good. Salty I think the prices for beer and highballs are reasonable, but the prices for sake are too bullish.Outside of Dassai etc...it's Dassai! ? That's out of line! ? Too bullish...or too lenient with the customers. The clerk looks young and looks like a college student, and I wish he had a little more energy, especially the man.Well, in this day and age, can't you just say something other than your name on the clerk's name tag? There's something about it, but the font is so small that it's difficult to understand. I wonder if the customer is reading what's written and it's the starting point for the story, but it's so small that I can't read it... I wrote something like this. When I look back on it and read it, it's a pretty harsh comment.Well, I guess they think it's okay because there is a potential for improvement.Maybe I'm asking for too much?
