Saturday, December 9, 2020 23:20 Today I was eating out in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture, but I changed riverbanks and came to Oyama City. I walked around Oyama Station and was turned away by 3 restaurants that were full, but I ended up hitting Orion Gyoza / Dumpling! Afterwards, they attacked Tanshun on the 1st floor of the Oyama Station Building. Upon entering the store, I was guided to a counter seat and looked at the menu. Otoshi (sardine stew with ginger) 350 yen + tax Green tea 290 yen + tax Chicken skin skewer 150 yen + tax Bonjiri skewer 150 yen + tax Nankotsu skewer 150 yen + tax Negima I ordered a skewer for 180 yen + tax, Oyama dorimo skewer for 240 yen + tax, and a shiitake skewer for 140 yen + tax for a total of 1,815 yen. After waiting for about 2 minutes, you will be served green tea, about 3 minutes later you will be served the appetizer (sardines in ginger), and about 20 minutes later you will be served Grilled skewer. Personally, I don't like stewed fish, but it was deliciously stewed. So, I left all the flavors of Grilled skewer to him, but he brought the salt and sauce separately on a plate. There are many stores that don't separate the items as it is obvious! And the way it's baked is amazing. The food is slowly grilled over charcoal, and everything is cooked to perfection. Personally, I think grilling the chicken skin is the most difficult part, but it has a really nice texture and is delicious. I have not been fond of shiitake mushrooms since I was in elementary school, but the shiitake skewers made my cheeks fall. Is a lie. However, the flavor of shiitake mushrooms is concentrated, and when you bite into it, the flavor oozes out. My mouth was filled with happiness! Chiro! The flavor of Daisendori was also great. Unfortunately, the oden was almost sold out so I couldn't eat it. Thank you for the meal.
