Tsukada Farm Official TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@tsukadaofficial |
For some reason, I feel like it's not a restaurant that suits Koyama, but I decided to visit Tsukada Farm. Tori no Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) has become a benchmark for Tori no Kizoku, with many cheap establishments opening up, and Tsukada Farm has been underperforming the previous year's results for about three years, but a friend I went with told me that it was located a little on the other side of the road. I visited this place because I was told that it was better than the questionable public Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). What I ordered was ・ Steak from the bottom part of the enoki mushroom...it tasted like meatballs, it was delicious!・Boiled Gyoza / Dumpling hotpot…The skin is plump and delicious. ・Breast meat…It’s more fatty than I expected and delicious! Since it was breast meat, I thought it would be served with chopped chicken salad from Convenience stores.・Cheese... goes well with alcohol!・Plum bean sprouts...refreshing ・Fried rice...lots of green onions ・Pudder...mellow pudding with a crispy top ・Maka...strongly salty and some drinks (mainly sake) cost about 14,000 yen for two people. We tried a variety of things, including sake from Koyama. All of the dishes were delicious, and even the breast meat, which tends to be dry, was fatty and delicious. However, I personally prefer broiler chicken, which is softer than free-range chicken. For those who appreciate taste, the concentrated flavor of local chicken is better! I'm sure that would be true, but I don't have a good sense of taste...Also, although I couldn't tell from outside the store, there were 8 employees inside the store, and there were only about 20 customers, so if you consider the labor costs, there was a huge deficit. Isn't it? I was worried on my own. However, as is common with other Tsukada Farms, this shop holds various job-hunting seminars (for other companies) for part-time college students, so their ability to attract part-time jobs from cute female college students is something else. I thought it was outstanding compared to other restaurants. (All of the part-time workers working that day were so cute!) The way they said "Drink No. 3 is here!" was also cute and really nice. I thought she was a lot cuter than the lady who was working as a tout at the cabaret club outside. However, although it has the advantage of being empty and being able to have a leisurely conversation with the female college student staff, I felt that the competition was not with cabaret clubs but with the surrounding Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Also, with this number of customers, I thought the store should be run by three or four people, and I thought it would be difficult for the store to survive unless we sent a cute lady out to attract customers and increase the number of customers on weekdays. thought. (This day was a Tuesday, so it's possible that it's crowded like a devil on the weekend and makes a profit.) I was also concerned about the noticeable dust inside the store, but there's no other store in Oyama where so many cute girls gather. I think this is a store that I only go to once in a while, but I would like to see it continue.
