仕事関係者と小山で飲むことになり新幹線の時間に合わせて飲もうとなり此方のお店へ。数分後には満席でお断りをしていたのでラッキーでした。しかもお断りの仕方が誠意があって好きだな。これで断られてもまた行こうと思います。
玉子入りもつ煮、チューリップ、ちくわ磯辺揚げ、レバー串、ハラミ串、ほうれん草おひたし、名物栃木いもフライ、オムレツ、高いウインナー、焼きそばを注文。ひたすらビールとハイボールを飲みました。
まずお通しのマカロニサラダと白菜のゴマ油和えが美味しくもつ煮はスープの旨味が半端ないし、ちくわ磯辺揚げは紅しょうがが入っていたり、レア焼きのレバー串とすりおろしニンニクの相性が見事、いもフライはウスターソースが効いてシンプルで美味しく、焼きそばも濃すぎない感じが良いです。
改めて見ると茶色ばかり(笑)この後新幹線で居酒屋新幹線をするぐらい楽しいお店でした。
