The rather thickly sliced An'an skirt steak takes some time. Mix garlic and gochujang with the ``refreshing'' sauce, and dive into the grilled young short ribs and pop them into your mouth. It's thinly sliced, so it's not chewy, but it's still delicious. An'an skirt steak is quite firm. You can enjoy the chewy texture of this dish. (LOL) The bean sprout namul didn't seem to have enough seasoning, but it's Small dish for an inexpensive lunch, so I guess that's what it's all about. But I couldn't get rice. It seemed like a long time had passed since it was cooked, and it was beginning to turn yellowish and had a slight odor. In the end, I ended up with about half of the rice left. The skirt steak was just the right thickness, so it had a soft texture and was delicious. I received the ``refreshing'' sauce, but it was sweet enough.
