Affordable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) grilled on a charcoal grill
I visited by myself on a weekday when it opened, and was the first to arrive. I was guided to a box seat in the back by the window. I immediately ordered the ``Kalbi Skirt Skirt Set Meal'' on my tablet. It comes with 80g of short ribs and skirt steak, rice, salted cabbage, and bean sprout namul for 930 yen including tax. Refills of rice and salted cabbage seem to be free. Shortly after ordering, the shichirin came, followed by the set meal. The lunch ribs are called "young ribs" at our restaurant, and are quite thinly sliced, similar to Gyudon (Beef bowl) meat, and the skirt steak seems to have a moderate thickness. There were two types of sauce prepared on the desk: ``sweet'' and ``refreshing'', and I poured the ``refreshing'' onto the plate and mixed it with gochujang. Start grilling the short ribs and skirt steak. The short ribs are sliced very thinly, so they cook quickly. Aside from the texture since it was thinly sliced, it tasted as expected. The skirt steak was just the right thickness, so it had a soft texture and was delicious. I received the ``refreshing'' sauce, but it was sweet enough. I wanted to eat plenty of vegetables, so I asked for a refill of salted cabbage and it was delicious. It was the perfect amount for lunch. I would like to visit you again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited by myself on a Saturday around 2:30pm. Probably because it was late, it was pretty empty. I ordered the ``Kalbi Skirt Skirt Set Meal'' from the lunch menu. Everything was completed in 5 or 6 minutes of typing on the tablet and waiting. As for the meat, there are 7 slices of thinly sliced fatty ``Young Kalbi'' meat, and 4 or 5 pieces of ``An'an Harami'' meat of varying sizes and thickness. Other options include rice, salted cabbage, and bean sprout namul for 1,000 yen including tax. It seems that you can substitute the salted cabbage and rice. First of all, copy the salted cabbage. Yes, it's salted cabbage. (Laughs) Nothing else. Place the meat on the heated seven-wheeled rice bran. Thinly sliced young short ribs will be ready to eat in just a few seconds. The rather thickly sliced An'an skirt steak takes some time. Mix garlic and gochujang with the ``refreshing'' sauce, and dive into the grilled young short ribs and pop them into your mouth. It's thinly sliced, so it's not chewy, but it's still delicious. An'an skirt steak is quite firm. You can enjoy the chewy texture of this dish. (LOL) The bean sprout namul didn't seem to have enough seasoning, but it's Small dish for an inexpensive lunch, so I guess that's what it's all about. But I couldn't get rice. It seemed like a long time had passed since it was cooked, and it was beginning to turn yellowish and had a slight odor. In the end, I ended up with about half of the rice left. I don't want the rice to be freshly cooked, but I don't want the rice to be cooked too long. Thank you for the meal.
