Speaking of connoisseur Ginji, it's a Monte Rosa group store that everyone has been to at least once. Needless to say, a certain level of quality is guaranteed no matter where you go in the country, but that doesn't mean it's high quality. However, I respect the fact that they are expanding their business anytime and anywhere, but depending on the staff's response, the overall impression of the group can change. Today, 5 people came to the store for an hour-long competition. Even though it looked like it was crazy busy, there was hardly any delay in ordering, and all of the staff seemed to be extremely busy, but I was impressed by their courteous customer service. When I asked the store manager how many staff there were, he said 4 people. I respect that they are able to handle that number of people. Thank you for your courteous and prompt response till the end. I don't come to Oyama often because I'm on business, but I'll definitely come back when I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.
