I got something similar to Chinese noodles at a funeral parlor! A restaurant where you can eat meat soba, a specialty of Yamagata, has opened in Oyama City. But soba, right? It's okay, as a blog topic, there is no problem at all. Let's move on. Layout with table seats only. The inside of the store is spotless as it has just opened. I'll buy it at the ticket vending machine. Apparently it's supervised by a popular restaurant in Yamagata City. And then there is China. Yamagata City has the highest spending on Ramen in Japan (roughly), so I came here thinking it was meat Ramen. You can choose between cold and hot. To bring it closer to Ramen. I will choose warm. ``Meat Chinese food (800 yen) + Mashiko Tamagoya egg-kake rice (300 yen)'' Comes with Small dish of chicken skin cartilage with ponzu sauce. A sweet soup with an incredibly strong dashi stock. If it's warm, it might feel a little tasteless. That's right. Your tongue becomes less sensitive when it's cold, so if you're using the same soup, this is the correct outcome. Since the chicken is parent chicken, it has more texture than I expected. However, every time you bite into it, the flavor of the chicken comes flooding back. And the soup goes well with seven flavors. Since this is my first time eating Chinese noodles, I feel a little strange about them. Well, it's probably a matter of getting used to it. ``Andy's Special Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl)'' To start, I tried the pure egg-cooked rice, and the egg was rich and mellow. Very elegant and no fishy smell. At first, I thought the price was too aggressive, but in the end I was satisfied with the egg-cooked rice. I think it would have been better if I didn't make it Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl). However, it turned out to be reasonably delicious. The key is to not forget to add the meat-Chinese soup to your liking. It's going to get hotter from now on, so I guess it's best to stay cold. The eggs from the egg shop in Mashiko were also delicious. It seems like a no-brainer, but let's not forget that it's actually run by a funeral parlor.
