東照宮に向かう参道沿いにある湯葉のお店です。
人気店でこの日も並んでました。
今回は予約できましたが、繁忙期は車の渋滞で来れなくなる方が多いようで、車やタクシーだと予約できないこともあるそうです。
さて、今回は
コース『縁 1,980円（税別）』
小鉢
湯波刺身
湯豆腐
湯波煮物
栃木県産鶏グリルor八汐鱒のグリル

を食べました。
このコース、美味しくてかなりコスパが良いです。
湯葉刺しはトロッとしているけど、肉厚なこともあり、ある程度の歯応えもあって美味しい。
湯豆腐は鰹出汁が風味豊かで素晴らしいく、柚ポン酢も心地よい酸味があり良く合う。そして味変の山椒、へしこ味噌も面白いですね。
鱒のグリルは、鱒なだけに淡白ではあるけど、絶妙な焼き加減の身に甘いソースを付けることでしっとりして食べやすい。少し鮭っぽいかも。
とにかくお得で素敵なコースでした。
あと、日本酒の飲み比べもお手頃価格で楽しめて良かったです。
でも一点だけ。
まだお酒を飲んでて、かなり残っているのにメインより前にご飯と味噌汁が出てくるのはどうかと思いました。
他のお酒を飲んでない席には確認してましたが、、、
とても良いお店だと思います。
