泊まった宿のコンシェルジュからのオススメで夕食に家族4人で伺いました。夜の開店18時ちょっと前に到着予定でしたが念のため事前に電話予約を入れて正解です。一時間経たないうちに満席になりました。日本酒3種のみくらべセットは、冷酒6種類の中からお好きな3種を選べます。スタッフの方に味の特徴をお聞きし、(画像の左から:「辛口」⇒「さっぱり」⇒「フルーティー」)どれも栃木県のものを選びました。アラカルトの郷土料理「しもつかれ」や「ゆば刺身」、「山椒ポテト」との相性抜群で感動しました。お通しの揚げ出し豆腐が、丁寧に作られてていると感じました。メインのお料理は、コース「常」の八汐鱒グリル、トンカツ定食、カキフライ定食を。定食はご飯とお味噌汁のお代わり自由です。お味噌汁や自家製タルタルソースまで大変美味しく、また、スタッフの方が郷土料理の説明をしてくださり、(隣のテーブルにいらした外国人旅行客には、英語で説明されていました)感じが良く、すばらしいです。
日光へ行くときは必ずリピートしたいです！
