When I went to Nikko, I was drawn to the Yuba sign without having decided on anything, so I went in. To be honest, it was a hit. I ordered the Yuba course, and all the dishes had a mild flavor, especially the Yuba sashimi. It was a little outside of lunchtime, but there was a bit of a line, so it's probably a good idea to make a reservation. Lake Chuzenji was also beautiful ^_^
