開店前にお店着。
店内からはお蕎麦を切る音が響いてきます。
暖簾が掛かり入店。
奥のテーブル席に座って、お父さんがお通しのお汁を出してくれました。
鶏から取った出汁の効いたホッとする味です。
注文は
自分は「天盛り」
ツレは「鴨そば」
を注文しました。
注文が入ってから作り始めます。
時間には余裕が有るので雰囲気の良い店内で気持ち良く待ちます。
時折旦那さんと息子さんの仲の良さげな会話が聞こえてきます。
して品物着。
「天盛り」 バットに山盛りに乗った天ぷらが目を引きます。でもサラッと上がっていて素材の味がそのまま味わえるとても美味しい天ぷらでサクッと全部食べられました。
お蕎麦も綺麗に切られていて風味、味ともに良くとても美味しいお蕎麦でした。
「鴨そば」 大きく切られた鴨肉とサイコロ上に細かく切られた鴨肉がふんだんに入っており、汁に鴨肉の旨味が染み出て美味しかったです。
お腹が空いていたことも有りあっと言う間に二人とも完食。
お会計を済ませてお礼を言ってたいてんしました。
ご馳走様でしたとても美味しかったです。
また行きます。
