ゆばまぶし！
名前からはなんですか？なんですが、ひつまぶし的なものでした。
ゆばは何にでも合うので、さっぱりいただくのも塩味を効かせていただくのもどちらも美味しい。
さらにお出汁を入れてささっとお茶漬け風にしてもまた美味しい。
とても良い感じのお料理でした。
