I had some business in Mashiko, so I went to Soma-san near the town hall. I was wandering around thinking about a villa in Mashiko recently. Is that really true? There are tourist spots for lunch, and Organic Food. And recently, there are many Mashiko soba restaurants. As an aside, it seems that Tochigi's pride? Ramen chain Man●ya has decided to open a store in Ramen. I wonder if Ramen will become a ramen town in the near future. I think it may be a welcome presence for residents, as there are few stores for everyday use. A digression. If you go south on the road east of the town hall, you will see Kotozato on the left and a little further on the right. I immediately ordered a bowl of seiro soba. There are also various Other dishes such as sashimi set meals, pork loin Steak, and beef stamina yakiniku set meals. Since the town hall is close, there may be a demand for such dishes. I went around to various Mashiko soba restaurants, and I felt that the soba was often a bit difficult to eat if it was too chewy, but this was an easy-to-eat soba.
