ジビエを喰らう～黒磯・巻狩鍋
オヤジ譲りのゲテモノ食いの僕は、牛や豚より、鹿や猪、兎などのジビエ(仏:gibier)料理が好きだ
フレンチに行ってもジビエで店を評価してしまう
家でさばいて食べる天然の鰻や鮎は、もちろんのこと、ハブや兎、猪、雉、鵯、
さらに幼虫まで食べた人は少ないだろう
狩猟や釣りの殺生好きのオヤジのお陰と言えばお陰だ
今回は、出張で、那須塩原(栃木県)あたりの黒磯へ
黒磯には、巻狩鍋（まきがり）なる名物があると聞いて、早速、検索
ジビエならぬ、本当の狩猟料理ソバージュ（仏: sauvage）にありつけるかもしれない期待感！！
ところて、巻狩りとは、狩猟方法らしい
日本の中世(源頼朝あたり)に流行った狩猟らしい
勢子<せこ>と呼ばれる人達が動物を猟場に追い込んでお偉い方たちが弓矢で射る遊びらしい
そのためにこの那須野に源頼朝は、10万人の勢子を集めたみたいですよ

まずは、店構え
杉玉(酒林)の枯れ色具合が秋上がり(冷やおろし)の美味い酒を期待させてくれます
お待ちかねの巻狩鍋です
写真手前左が鹿、猪
右が雉、合鴨、地鶏
これで、一人前1800円、これは二人前
(仕事関連の母親くらいの方と一緒です(笑)念のため、、、)
驚きの価格です、、ジビエ料理だし、5、6千円は覚悟してましたが
味は、味噌仕立て
東北に近いので、塩辛いのを覚悟してましたが、ちょうどいい味です
東京よりも薄口です
