Mikoshi has been interested in me for a while, but I was hesitant to go out there. When you think of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), you want to enjoy seafood with drinks, but since it's a restaurant in Tochigi, or a little further down the road, it feels like Nasu Kogen. However, I really wanted to have a drink and couldn't hold back, so I went out at 6:30pm on a certain day in April 2021. As I said ``Good evening'' and headed inside, I was greeted by the owner and a female staff member in the kitchen, and a female staff member in the hall who cheerfully greeted me with a ``Welcome.'' Also, I was wondering if it was due to the influence of the coronavirus, but there are some regular customers in the store, and there are also a few Lehmans, and they seem to be rolling up their clothes here and there. Seeing this made me feel at ease. Speaking of a weekday evening Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it has to be like this (lol). The counter I was shown to was a single board, which is unusual for Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). As I sat at the counter and looked around, I noticed that every part of the store was polished to a shine. that? I thought it was Masakazu Tamura on the other side, but it was me reflected on the stainless steel plate (big bang). Surprisingly, the stainless steel plates on the walls of the kitchen were polished to a shine that looked like a mirror. I've never seen Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) like this before. Speaking of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), it's just a normal... [b:ヾ(...) Wow!!] I looked at the interior, which they keep so clean for their customers, and the menu board, which is particular about seafood even though it's in the mountains (lol). Immediately, I was convinced that I had hit the jackpot and suddenly got excited♪ I ordered the following and started with the hoppy set, which is rare around here! [b:・Raw tuna sashimi: 900 yen ・Live sea squirt: 600 yen ・Boiled flounder: 600 yen ・Green asparagus: 450 yen ・Julienned yam: 400 yen ・Appetizer: 400 yen ・White hoppy set: 500 yen ・Kyokuko (Special Honjozo) (Tochigi) (300ml): 900 yen, Kajika Sake: 800 yen] I will review the dishes and drinks that left an impression on me below. First, the white hoppy set and [b: Otoshi] came out. I was so surprised by the amount of pot-au-feu that came out that I fell off my chair. I worry that if I serve this large amount of appetizers, the number of dishes ordered will decrease. I tried it right away, and was surprised at how well it turned out. [b: Raw tuna sashimi] Since this is the tuna served at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Nasu, I wondered what it would be like, so I ordered it to try it out. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it was like I was just looking at the situation completely. I was imagining something like white-eye tuna, but instead, a majestic tuna with a beautiful color appeared! So, I hurriedly ordered more sake. It was a monophonic raw tuna without any drips or anything, and it was very delicious♪ [b: Live sea squirt (local sea squirt)] Since I visited in early April, I was surprised to find live sea squirt! When I asked the owner, he said, ``Cultivated sea squirts start appearing on the market from around February.'' Although I was told, ``At this time of year, I don't have much depth yet,'' I decided to place a forced order. It was a decent size and quite tasty. While I was enjoying Hoya, I found something strange on the restaurant menu! It is ``Kajika sake''. Since I had already ordered 300ml of Japanese sake, I was a little confused. However, in Nasu, I was excited to encounter seafood that was unexpected, so I ordered it. As a measure for the wallet, Hoppy has decided to stop placing additional orders for Naka (super big deal). [b: Boiled flounder, green asparagus, shredded yam] I ordered some of the basic menu items at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and they were all excellent, with no cutting corners. The braised cod with roe was especially good. [b: Kajika sake] Kajika sake was served in an earthenware pot with a teacup on top. I think the general said, ``Kajika is rare these days. Please let it steam for another minute or two.'' 60, 59... 3, 2, 1, one minute. Then I hummed in my head and adjusted the time (lol)...I drank it with the intention of having just one drink, and before I knew it, I was drinking Kajika sake. Before I knew it, I was sleeping on the bench at the platform. This isn't good for my body. I get it. I'm tired but I can't stop. Ah, that's it. Suisui sudararatta surasura suisui sui sui ra sudararatta sui (bitter)." Hi, one and a half minutes in total. [b:Paka! ](As if taking off the lid of a clay pot) [b: Girod! ](Looking into a clay pot) [b: Sudeen, bang, thump! ] (Falls off the chair in shock) Since this is bone sake, I had imagined a larger river fish, but what I saw inside the clay pot was, to my surprise, [u: Two small fish that looked like tadpoles. There were several animals sitting there. [b:ヾ(・・ )セイ゙゙゙゙゙゙!!] I tried it with some trepidation, but it didn't have a strong dashi like blowfish fin sake, sweet sea bream kabuto sake, rock fish bone sake, etc., but it was a gentle bone sake. was. When I thought about the fact that bone sake from the inland mountains might be even better, my level of satisfaction was maximized. Of course, you can also ask for poured sake, but in fact, the female clerk first told me that the amount of alcohol was about 1 go, but it was well over 1 go, probably the same amount as a large sake bottle, or 2 go. Weakness was included. In other words, when combined with the raw sake, I had drunk more than 3.5 go, so I had to make a difficult decision to stop pouring sake. This time I have to go home (lol). Also, after drinking all the sake, I wanted to take a bite of the Kajika-chan that was left in the clay pot and taste it, but when I saw his face again, it looked gross, so I decided not to. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied. There's nothing to say about this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), where you can enjoy delicious food such as sashimi while receiving pleasant customer service and drinking a lot of sake, especially Kajika sake. I thought this was a great store. Peko: The fact that the store is so shiny means that the owner must be strict. Clerk: Actually, we are brother and sister. The general is very clean. Unlike me... Everyone: Dohyahyahhyahhyahyah... Peko: (This shiny shop is the expression of the hospitality of this shop. )) After that pleasant conversation, I paid the bill. I then said hello to the general manager and the female clerk who had excellent customer service, saying, ``Gosso-san, I'll be back again,'' and left the store. Next time, I want to order pour-over sake and enjoy Kajika sake to my heart's content. Thank you for the meal. (Tabelog rating 3.36 points (as of June 1, 2021))
