昨日親友と電話をしていて。
『明日、那須塩原に行くんだ』。
『じゃあ、千本松牧場でジンギスカンでも食えば？』。
というわけで本日(9/18)。
やって来ましたよ、牧場に。
ここは牧場が経営する複合型施設のようで、食事以外にも色々なアトラクションがあるようです。
11:15。
ちょいと早いですが昨日の夜はサラダしか食べていないし、朝抜きだった事もあり腹ペコ状態。
ラムセットと瓶ビールをオーダー(呑むんか～い)。
レジで事前会計(クレジットカード使用可)。
食券を貰い、ちょっと奥でプレートに乗ったセットを受け取り、空いてる席に移動です。
程なく店員さんが火入れに来ますが、火の強弱のツマミ位置等の説明はなく、パウチを指差し焼き方はこれを見るように、と。
肉を見ると、冷凍物の機械薄切りスライス。
野菜はモヤシ、ニラ、キャベツ、玉ねぎ。
牛脂を伸ばし、野菜を並べ、カチンコチンの肉を乗せる。
味についての感想は省略(笑)

食って尚腹が減る11:40。
