こんにちは。
美容鍼灸師kozueです。
先日、横浜赤レンガ倉庫で開催された
パンフェスに行き、こちらのパン屋のパンを購入しました。
今回、購入したのは、
苺を使った小さな契約という苺パン 400円
パーネ・アランチャ 480円
の2点です。
小さな契約は、契約農家のとちおとめを使ったパン。
パンの生地自体もいちごのピンク色をしています。
いちごの風味がしっかりしており、生地はとても柔らかい食感です。
そして、中央にいちご風味のフィナンシェも入っており、そこだけ生地の食感が異なります。いちご好きにはたまらないパンだと思います。
パーネ・アランチャは、自家製のオレンジチーズクリームやオレンジピールなどを巻き込んだバケットとの事。
表面にもオレンジのスライスが乗っており、オレンジの風味と味わいがしっかりします。
厚めにスライスして焼いて頂くと、表面がカリッとして、中はしっとりもっちりしてとても美味しかったです。
またパンの中には、オレンジチーズのクリームが入っており、温める事で、クリームが溶け、更に美味しく頂けました。
他にも色々と美味しそうなパンがあり、悩みましたが、今回は、2点ともフルーツをふんだんに使っており、爽やかな風味が香り、美味しかったです。
