特に美味しかったのは、若チキン、ネック、ボンショーかな。
若チキンは胸肉っぽいがパサパサせず、サクサク食べられる。しかし部位によってはもも肉の様。
ネックは弾力があって美味しい。
ボンショーは思ったより脂身は感じないが、かといってハラミみたいな肉肉しさがあるわけでもない。噛み応えとしてはやはりカルビといった不思議な味。
