カンセキの隣にある小さなお店、店先に大きなバイクが置いてあります。
靴を脱いで店内に入ると沖縄民謡がかかる不思議な空間です。
テーブル席2つと畳席１つにカウンター。男性１人ですべてこなしています。
食材は自分の子供の口に入れても安心で安全であることが重要と
作り手の見えるものを使っているそうです。
メニューを見るとパスタが中心ですが、前菜や肉魚を使ったメインもあり
単品料理も充実しています。
ランチはすべてのお皿にサラダと自家製パンがつきます。
パスタなら680円～。＋250円でデザート、＋250円でドリンクをつけられます。
初めてのお店ですが本格的な味と聞いていたので、
今回はお昼のおまかせコース2,000円をお願いしました。
おまかせといってもその日用意できるいくつかの料理を聞いた上で
好みのものを相談しながら決めることができます。
まず自家製天然酵母パンがだされます。ブラックオリーブ入りのフォカッチャ。
もっちりしていておいしい本格的な味です。おかわりも可能で、なくなると追加してくれます。
パンが苦手な人にはご飯も用意されています。ここまで心遣いのあるお店も珍しいですね。
少し待つと前菜がきました。
ソテーしたあじをメインに、ナスのたたきとトマトソースの組み合わせ
洋酒入りのソースつきです。
きれいに画かれたお皿で美しいですね。今頃が旬のあじですから味はもちろんおいしいし
旨みもたっぷりの夏野菜ともよく合います。
長島から空輸されてきたばかりの良い魚があるというので メインも魚を。
本日はかますのソテー、その下にはジャガイモが。
ズッキーニと玉ねぎ、インゲン、ひじきなどのクリーム和えが添えられています。
ピンクコショウも添えられたボリュームのあるひと皿です。
かますはあっさりしていますが、添えてある野菜がクリーム系なので
コクがあるので合わせると変化が出ておいしいです。
そしてデザートは、チョコレート味のミニロールケーキ。
中はコーヒー味のバタークリームのためかなり濃厚で重たい感じです。
スポンジはふわふわではなくしっかりしていて甘さ控えめのケーキでした。
コーヒーは選び抜いた豆を使っているそうでストレートでじっくり味わいました。
写真は連れが食べたパスタもUPしてます。
選んだのはボロネーゼ1,000円を大盛り＋200円。
サラダかガスパチョが選択でガスパチョを。
自家製デザート5種類からベイクドチーズケーキとコーヒーを。
小さいお店でシェフが忙しそうにすべてをこなしているのですが
料理は前菜から最後のコーヒーまで本格的。
店内は手作り風で家庭的な雰囲気、特別な日に使うレストランではないけれど
家族でおいしいものを食べたいというときには良いですね。
さくっと一人ランチにも向いていると思います。

個人経営なのでリクエストには限りなく答えてくれようとするスタンスも好感が持てます。
気さくで一生懸命なシェフも素敵でしたし気軽においしいものを食べに行けるお店です。
