思い起こせば5月に訪問してからずっと口コミ書かずに放置してたのを思い出しました。
記憶をほりおこしつつの投稿です (^-^)
その前にすぐそばのスペイン料理屋さんに訪問した際にこちらのお店を発見。
感じ良さそうだし、次にチャンスあったら来てみようかと思い、行きたいにチェックしてました。
そして、5月連休の最後の日曜日。お昼を作るのも面倒くさくなり、ちょっとドライブ気分でこちらのお店に訪問しました。予約してなかったのでどうかな〜と思いましたが、他にお客はおらず、すんなり入れました。
入って左手に靴を脱いで座るコタツのようなスペースがあり、右手がテーブル席。
厨房前にもカウンター席がありますが、野菜や本が置いてあって実質機能してなさそうwww
さて、メニューを眺めて…自分はオムレツ、カミさんはパスタを注文。
最初にジャガイモのビシソワーズとかなりの量のパンが出てきます。
ビシソワーズは手間がかかってそうな感じで味が濃くて美味しい。
そしてパンは素朴な感じ。
それらを食べつつメインのオムレツを待ちます。んー、見た目がすごく上品。もちろん味も。大変、結構なお手前です。
そして追加で頼んだデザートとコーヒーを飲んで締め。
客は自分たちだけでしたが、シェフが1人で全て切り盛りしているので1時間ほどかかったでしょうかね。
時間のない時に行くお店ではないですね。
健康や食材に関心のある人達がメインの客層と思います。
