以前から気になっていたお店です。何度かお店の存在を確認して、あわよくば入ろうとしていましたが、毎回勇気が途中で萎えてしまい断念していました。
今回は勇気を出して入店です。
おぢさんはビビります。おしゃれそうで何より。その「何より」が何より苦手。
駐車場は舗装されていないんですね。逆に何かアウトドアチックにしても良いかもですね。
店内はたまたまなのか汗が引かない温度帯。
いや、私が暑がりなのか？色々歩いて来たからか？
指定された席に座ります。
メニューを見ます。やや悩む。パスタかそれ以外か？
それ以外はポークの炭火焼か１４ハンバーグ・・・いや、JUICYハンバーグ。
パスタは種類いっぱい。
自家製パンチェッタにも興味惹かれます。
うーむ。自家製ジェラートはない物がいい。
パスタには付くのか付かないのか？よくわからない感じでした。Bセットは無いのか？前菜盛り合わせが無いからか？
今回は回避かな？
・・・となるとハンバーグでは芸が無いし、ジェラート付きなので回避。残ったあまり食べないポークを選択。炭火にすればだいたい美味しいはず。夢ポークなるブランドはどうでしょうか？とにかく食べてみることにしました♪
自家製のパンかご飯が選べます。パンにします。
水はポットとかワインボトルなどでの提供は無い。夏場はあった方がいいと思う方に一票です。
トイレは優先的にお金をかけた方がいいなって思います。後、手拭きはあるのかな？
厚切りを炭火で焼くから、かなり待つと覚悟です。のんびりと待ちます。
本来ならば、コース料理でメインの肉を選び、コーススタートの前菜提供時から、肉に火入れをしていくと思います。超低温で下拵えして最後に炭火焼にするのであれば違うかもですけどね。
お一人で切り盛りされているので時間がかかる旨、ドアに貼っていました。先客がいれば待つだろうし、いなければそんなに待たないのかもしれません。待つことで不満を書く人が居ますが、ランチであんなに素早く出てくる方がおかしいと思っています。あ、こちらのお店の口コミは全く見ていないので、もし書いている人が居たら、それを見てのコメントではありませんが、お一人でこの種類を提供のお店に対しては、提供遅いと書かれていたとしたら、滑稽と言っておきます。
到着。
ワンプレートなんですね。サラダ。パン。オリーブオイル添え。野菜のマリネ。何だろう？何かが入ったマッシュポテト。
メインの豚。おいしそうな厚切り感。
いただきます。
厚めなので、表面の塩コショウは強め。ワインが速攻呑みたくなる。くっそ、あいつめー・・・いや、仕事中でした。
可能であれば、スープが有料でもいいのであると良いなって思いました。
普段利用しないパスタ以外の用意があるイタリアン。
美味しく堪能できました。
ワインと一緒にいただきたかったなって事だけ悔いが残りました。
