夫がパスタを食べたいとのことで初訪問。
本日の注文。
PastaランチBコース 1760円×2
私 トマトソース 海老と鮮魚 ＋300円
夫 カルボナーラ ＋400円
まずはかぼちゃのスープシナモン風味。
シナモンがけっこう効いているが優しいお味。
続いて前菜盛り合わせ。色々乗っていて楽しい。鰆が美味かった。
パスタは乾麺か自家製生パスタかを選択できる。
今までの経験上生パスタを美味いと思ったことがなかったので私は乾麺を選択。
トマトソース（乾麺）はケッパーが効いていて大人味。美味い。茹で加減もばっちり。海老は２尾。鮮魚は説明はなかったが鰆と思われる。
自家製生パスタのカルボナーラを味見させてもらったが生パスタはコシがありなかなか美味い。生パスタの概念がやや覆された。ソースも脂っこくなく味も濃すぎず最後まで軽やかに食べられそう。
そしてジェラートがまた美味い。素材の味を活かす程度の甘味。これはジェラートだけ食べに来るのもアリかも。ホットコーヒーも美味かった。
次回はジビエに挑戦したいなあと思うのであった。
