I visited Nasu-Shiobara on a trip. I found this place while searching for a place to eat at night before my visit. It was my first visit. The chef is running the place by himself. The restaurant has three spacious tables and a counter. The table lamps create a stylish atmosphere. The menu is on a blackboard, and there are casually written recommendations such as number 1 and number 2. I saw the appetizer platter on Tabelog, which had a variety of delicious-looking photos that caught my eye, and then the chef's recommended handmade sausages. I had beer for my drink. The draft beer had a smooth head. And the appetizer platter was really delicious. The thick, roasted green asparagus was rich and soft. The bruschetta was salmon, which I think, and it was also delicious. There was also scallops in tomato sauce, Prosciutto, pickles, and various other flavors, and it was a luxurious platter, but it was reasonably priced. The sausages were delicious, and even the broccoli on the side was delicious. The number of customers had increased to four groups, and even though the chef was cooking by himself, he kept a close eye on the customers, and we were able to order additional drinks without any problems.
