ランチのお店を決めかねていた時、那須塩原市のであまりふだんは通らない道で、偶然見つけたフレンチレストランが【BRASSERIESoleil（ブラッスリーソレイユ）】。
ランチをフレンチ料理にしようなんて、あまり考えない選択肢ですが、その時は迷いに迷っていただけに、この店を見つけたときは嬉しかったですね。
そんなフレンチレストラン【ブラッスリーソレイユ】、今回は二度目の訪問です。ランチ時を過ぎた時間の訪問で、先客が帰られた後は貸し切り状態となりました。
今日はフレンチのメニューでは珍しい“ハンバーグ”をランチメニューからオーダー。当然フレンチ料理のハンバーグですから、小ぶりのハンバーグにお洒落な飾り付けがついて・・・と想像していました。出てきたハンバーグの大きさを見て目が点に・・・。
ランチのオーダーをしたあとに、カウンター奥の厨房から「ペッタンペッタン」とハンバーグをこねる音が・・・。どんなハンバーグが出てくるのか、フレンチのハンバーグとはどんなものか、と調理の音を聞きながら色々と想像して楽しんで待つこと十数分・・・。
たっぷりの野菜に包まれた存在感のあるハンバーグは、ソースが光り輝き旨味が見るだけで感じられる美しいもの。ナイフを入れてさらに驚きが広がります。それはしっかりとした肉質があり、まさにステーキの様な感じで切り分けられるハンバーグ。
フレンチイメージがガラリと変わるような、男性的なしっかりとしたハンバーグは、ジューシーな面も十分に兼ね備えたものでした。
メインのあとはさっぱりとした美しいシャーベットとパイのデザートが、メインディッシュの後味をさらに盛り上げます。この美しさはフレンチですね・・・。
この日はお昼の営業時間終了ギリギリ最後の2時頃に【ブラッスリーソレイユ】を訪れたので、他にお客様はいない貸し切り状態。お店のご厚意で時間をオーバーしても静かな店内で、ゆったりとフレンチランチを楽しむことができました。
