カルビたちとキムチ盛り合わせ、もやしナムルを注文。
カルビは5種類、それぞれ微妙に違って美味しい。
タレが薄味になっており、基本、肉本来の味を味わうようになっている。場合によってはわさび醤油とか、岩塩などで肉を食べる。
肉の脂がとにかく美味しい。ただ、年寄りの私にはこの脂は少しキツいかな。
最後の方は二十代の連れに全部譲ってしまいました。
折角の高級肉なのに残念。
やっぱり高い肉でも若いうちから堪能すべきだね。
つい貧乏性で若いうちは安い店ばかり行ってしまったが、歳をとってからじゃ楽しめない。
そういえば、去年松阪牛食べた時もキツかったな。
これからは脂は卒業して、違う美味しいものを食べに行こう。
