A restaurant with delicious Juwari soba noodles. Although the exterior looks a little plain, the interior is well-organized and has a stylish atmosphere for a soba restaurant. Normally, soba restaurants usually serve soba and Tempura, but our restaurant's set with Seafood Bowl stands out. So this time I ordered the "Aurora Set", which is a set of salmon roe and salmon bowl with zaru soba. First of all, the soba noodles are very delicious with a chewy flavor. The best part is the delicious soba soup with bonito stock, and the flavors of kabosu and yuzu give it a very elegant taste. It can be said that it has a taste of zaru soba with a twist.
