外装、内装リニューアルだから１００円
リニューアルオープン当日１００円で徳島ラーメン千人分の看板が立てられてから、心待ちしていた。
午前中とか午後は並ぶ人が多く前回のつけ麺開店の時のように並ぶのは大変だから
深夜に立ち寄りました。
お店の横の駐車場に車を置いて行列に参加、前後の人に聞いてみると、やはり県外の方でした。
沖浜のリニューアルではあっさりの塩を食べたから、今回はふつうにしました。
深夜に濃いのを食べると胸につかえる年齢を迎えた私
案外早く順番がきた。
店内の変わった部分を探したら、洋服をかけるハンガーが下になった？
テレビが大型になった。
つけ麺専用の電磁調理のヒーターがテーブルの上になくなった。
看板のテントが新品になり徳島ラーメンの美しい写真がプリントされていたのが
気づいた部分？？？？
他にもあるかも知れないですが、、これくらいしか気がつきませんでした。

午後3時にお店の奥に駐車
入口右側の券売機で食券を買い求め店内に３人が食事中
今回は東大ラーメンコッテリに餃子をプラス
小ご飯無料をもらいました。
ホールも厨房も若い女性が作業中
以前ようにスープにベタベタ感は無く爽やかに吸い込めた。
いかんせん餃子の羽根の焦げが匂い、餃子の中から流れ出る野菜他の香りが消え去った。
美味しく頂けました♪
