徳島文理大学の近くにあるお店
店内は中央にカウンターテーブル、
周囲をボックス席が囲む感じで結構な人数収容できそう
メニューは各種ラーメンのほか一品も揃っており、
専門店というよりは中華寄りラーメン店といった風情
「特製風ラーメン 1,000円」を注文
店名を冠した風ラーメンにチャーシュー・キムチ・玉子焼き・ニンニクを追加した、
いわゆる“全部入り”ってやつ
しばらくして厚く深めの丼に入ったラーメンが到着
スープのオレンジ色は辣油の層
自家製ラー油は中華スパイスが効いてて辛さより香りが高いタイプ
スープのベースはライトな味噌豚骨
でも味噌感はほとんど感じません
麺は中華屋さんでよく見る細めで白く加水低めのやつ
チャーシューの下には風ラーメンの主役である細切りの青ネギ
仕上げに熱した油を掛けてあるのか、麺と絡めて食べると美味い
チャーシューとキムチは普通かな
中華定食に乗っている率の高い(自分調べ)の玉子焼き
これがふんわりとして意外に辣油多めのスープとマッチしてました
ノーマルの風ラーメンを注文するときでも、
玉子焼きだけは必ず追加したいなって感じです
