今日は同僚に勧められた「ラーメン工房 風 沖浜店」さんへ。
このお店の売りラーメンは辛系の ” 風ラーメン ” だそうなので、注文は お得な昼ランチの ” 焼飯＋風ラーメン ” のセットを。
” 風ラーメン ” は、ネギの上から熱々のごま油をかけるそうで、ネギが生臭くなく美味しく食べられるそうです。
スープは、一見 担々麺のようだがそうではなく、けれど辛い、でも癖になる辛さで美味しい。
ただ、具がネギともやしだけなので物足りない。
チャーシューをトッピングすればよかったかな？
今日は、ラーメンで久し振りに大汗を噴いてしまった。
焼飯も私好みの味付けで美味しかったです。
でも本当に癖になる辛さのスープで、今思い出しただけで頭皮に汗が滲んできたー。
