久しぶりの徳島の夜だったので、それならと最後はやはりとくしまラーメンで締めましょうということで、今回お邪魔したのは、こちら、阿波屋さん。
時間も遅く、人通りもない週末ということで店内に先客はなし。初めて入るお店だったので、美味しいかどうかも分からないと・・・でも店構えを見る限り、どこか惹かれるものがあるということでそのまま入店。
メニューを見ると、阿波屋そばと中華そばがある。何が違うのかと聞くと、中華そばは、我々が言うところのとくしまラーメン、阿波屋そばは、それに背脂や茹で玉子がトッピングされているとのこと。それならば2人いることもあり、両方頼みましょうとなりました。
まず最初が中華そば。見てからにオーソドックスな、我々がよく知っているとくしまラーメン。飲んだ後はこういうのがいいんです。食べてみると、それほどしつこくなく、あのとくしまラーメン独特の甘味のあるスープ。麺は柔く、スープによく合う。普通に美味しいとくしまラーメン。
阿波屋ラーメンは、見た目から違う。背脂がスープに浮いていて、それなりにしつこくなっているのかと思ったが、食べてみると、しつこいというよりは、コクがあるように感じた。味にパンチが欲しい時はこっちがいいかも。
後で食べログでチェックすると、かなりの点数なので地元でも評価が高いお店なのだということで、納得。徳島の家からも近いということもあり再訪ありだなと。
夜はガラガラだったけど、おそらく昼間はそれなりに賑わう店なのではないかと想像しながら、お店を後に・・・美味しいとくしまラーメンのお店を一つ見つけたって感じ。
