徳島で一泊。
今回、宿泊したホテルは『JRホテルクレメント徳島』さんです。
最近、旅先では朝食を付けないことも多い私ですが、今回ちょっと惹かれたものがあるのです。何と、クレメントさんの朝食は四国各県のご当地料理がいただけるバイキングなんです。
各県の名物料理を一度にいただける。
これはかなり魅力的です♪
朝起きて、早速朝食会場へ。
案内していただき席を確保したあとは、トレーを持って食事調達の旅に出かけます。
ホテルの朝食バイキング定番の料理をまずはピックアップ。そして、いよいよ四国ご当地料理がゾーンへ。
高知のカツオのたたきや宇和島の鯛めしやじゃこ天、徳島のソウルフードフィッシュカツやそば米汁、そして香川の讃岐うどん。せっかくなので少しずついただいてみましょう！
気がつけば、我々のテーブルの上は料理で埋め尽くされてしまいました(笑)
ちょっととり過ぎたかな。
まあ、とりあえずいただきましょう！
ご当地料理、どれも美味い。楽しい。
うどんはおそらく冷凍うどんですが、それはそれでいけますし、カツオのたたきも結構クオリティ高めです。
徳島のソウルフードと呼ばれるフィッシュカツは初めていただきますが、これもなかなか面白い。熱々なら、ビールなんかにもきっと合うんでしょうね。
いろいろ食べて、かなりお腹いっぱいな上に、カレーライスやスイーツまでいただいちゃいました。
朝からやり過ぎちゃいましたね。
今日はこれからゴルフ。
徳島で仕事のツレには申し訳ないけれど、久々の徳島ゴルフ楽しんできたいと思います(´ｰ｀)
