すだちぶり刺身

徳島市、徳島駅近くの居酒屋です。
前の道をあるいていて、たまたま見かけたお店です、
焼き鳥と刺身が本日のメニューにあったので入りました。
本日の刺身に徳島名産であるすだちぶりの刺身がありました。
脂ののった刺身は見た目も美しく、食感、味、鮮度ともに素晴らしいです。
やはり土地の魚というのは良いですね。
身も厚めに切ってあります。
焼き鳥の鶏も阿波尾鶏だそうです、
目の前で一本一本焼いてもらいました。
香ばしい串はビールとも合います。
私がほぼ最初のお客の様でカウンターに座っていましたが、
その後、何組かお客さんが入ってきて賑わってきました。
人気店のようです。
満足できる土地の魚と鶏をいただきました。
