その日のおすすめから、わかめ天ぷらと、竜田揚げを注文。
ワカメの天ぷら、サクッとした歯ごたえに、旨味たっぷりのワカメの味。生より旨味が楽しめます。
これは美味しい食べ方です。
竜田揚げもジューシー。
焼き物から、地鶏の阿波尾鶏の焼き鳥とぼんじりを注文。
鶏はジューシー、地鶏にありがちな硬さはなく、継ぎ足し使っているタレとよく合います。
しめは焼き鳥丼。
