3階まである規模の大きな居酒屋さんです。
内装もシックで落ち着いた雰囲気です。
メニューは阿波牛や魚介類や野菜を
使ったものが多く、お酒も種類が多いです。
蓮根の挟み揚げは阿波尾鶏の旨味があります。
阿波牛と旬野菜のセイロ蒸しは少し時間が
かかりますが、お肉は赤身が多くて、
ニンジンやサツマイモなどの徳島で生産が
盛んな野菜が使われ、甘めの田楽味噌や
ポン酢でさっぱりと食べられます。また
お肉の旨味を吸ったキャベツが美味しいです。
観光客の方にもおすすめできます。
