ビーフカツをいただきました。
豊潤なデミグラスソースあってこそです。
クレソンが見た目とテンションを上げて
くれます。
カキフライはけっこう大粒でよかったです。
自家製のタルタルは割とあっさり目でした。
ムニエルは生クリームが入ったソースを
想像してたけど、上品なバターソースが
適度な濃さで美味しかったです。
クリームコロッケやグラタンもお勧めです。
