2001（平成13）年創業、JR徳島駅から徒歩３分ほどの「萬里（ばんり）」さん。
ラーメン激戦区の徳島駅周辺で、昔ながらのクラシックな徳島ラーメンがいただけるお店です。
注文したのは中華そば肉玉子入小とライス小。
見た目のビジュアルは完璧！一見、濃厚そうに見えるスープは豚骨の旨みたっぷり。醤油のエッジが効いていて、意外にもあっさり目で美味。
ストレートな細麺は若干柔らかめで、スープとの絡みはばっちりです。スープをしっかり纏った麺がご飯との相性たるや抜群。甘辛く煮た豚肉も旨いです！
途中で生卵を崩し、ラーメンや豚肉に絡めてご飯をかき込むことの幸福感たるや最高。やっぱり徳島ラーメンとご飯の組み合わせは至高だなぁ。
昔ながらの徳島ラーメンの味が味わえる貴重な一杯でした。もっと評価されるお店だと思います。
