最近は徳島でも骨付き鳥を出す店が何軒か出来ましたが、以前はここ十八番だけだったと思います。
丸亀の一鶴で修行したとかしないとかのマスターが焼く鶏はスパイシーでビールには最高です。
旨みが凝縮して堅めの「親」と、柔らかめの「子」がありますが、骨付き鳥を食するなら「親」で決まりです。
肉を食べ終わった後に、残った骨にしゃぶりついて関節部分の軟骨までバリバリ食ってやりましょう。
あとは定番の唐揚げもうまいし、「親」が焼けるのを待ってる間には鶏キムチなどもお薦めです。
飲み物もいろいろありますが、私のお薦めはキリンのハートランドです。
緑色のしゃれた瓶に入ったすっきりした飲み口のビールです。置いてる店が少ないので一度飲んでみてください。
