料理と共に来ましたよ。
まずは椎茸侍と阿波尾鶏つくねの重ね揚げ。
椎茸が肉厚で美味しい。
つくねの食感もしっかりしてて美味しいですね。
続いて牛タンが来ます。
値段なりのポーション。料理はこれで打ち止めの予感…
牛タンはデミソースと共にオーブン焼きをされてます。
箸で割れるほどではないですが、かなり柔らかくなってますね。
デミソースの味はよく分からん人なんですが美味しかった。
余市のハイボールを合計3杯。
5660円ほどでした。
