1ヶ月前から予約していた此方のお店へ
3人で予約していたものの、1人インフル罹患で来れなくなったことを入店早々平謝り
2人になったことで、カウンターに席を変更してもらった
御夫婦で切り盛りされており、気さくに話しかけてくれて友人共々大いに盛り上がった
頂いたのは塩タン、ロース、バラ、ハラミ、レバー、阿波尾鶏など
まず、カットが綺麗。そして、とても肉質がよく、これがこの価格？と驚いてしまった
脂もしつこくないし、ハラミはここ1年で食べた中で1番の美味しさ
聞くところによると、国産でかなり目利きをしているとのこと
タレも絶品だし、ご飯も相当美味しくて気付いたら無くなっていた
色々なお話を聞けて楽しかったし、非常にコスパがよい焼肉で大満足だった
次に徳島行く時もまた寄りたい、そんなお店
ご馳走様でした
