徳島市の西部、国府町にはいろんな思い出。
このバイパスの店も何度もお世話になっていますねぇ。
この日は、会社の人たちとの流れでのランチタイム。
いずれも50オーバーなのに、
中華でランチ、しかも結構よく食べる人たちです。
私も柄にもなく、唐揚げランチを選びます。
子供の拳ほどの大きさの鶏の唐揚げが
なんと7個も入ってますよ。
このところの減量モードには
ショックなボリュームだが、
店内にはそれを肯定するような食欲全開な空気がある。
これはなんとしても完食しなくては。
結果としては、おいしくいただけました。
この後、8時間以上は食欲がありませんでしたが、
うれしいことに体重や体脂肪には影響がありませんでした。
ある程度節制していれば、少々の暴飲暴食は許されるようです。
