自分のお気に入りは特上ハラミ。
程よく脂の載ったハラミと白ご飯の相性は鉄板です。脂が甘い。

のってますが脂が甘い。
脂っこいので数は食べれませんが抜群に美味しいです。
きっとオールスパイスとの相性は抜群でしょうw
特上塩タンもめちゃくちゃ旨いです。
これも脂が甘い。
特上塩タン、特上カルビ、特上ハラミは是非食べるべきしなだと思います。
味を噛み締めながら思わず旨いと言ってしまう品です。

牛肉はやはり冬か?・・
今日牛若丸さんいってきましたが・・
去年の年末に食べた味と全然違った・・。
上塩タン、上ハラミ・・
前食べた時は脂に甘味があって超美味しかったのに
今回は甘味がない・・。
やっぱ牛肉の旬は冬ですかね?
