徳島へ阿波踊りを見に行ってきました。
阿波踊り開会前日は、あちこちで静かに準備が進められています。
ひたすら徳島市内の中心をブラブラ歩き、
晩ご飯に選んだのは、こちらのお店。
お目当ては、地元グルメの「ぼうぜ」という魚のお寿司です。
他にも、珍しいものがあればいいなと期待して行きました。
お店は、食堂のような、小さな割烹のようなお店です。
親子２代で経営されてるような感じです。
メニューを見ると、ぼうぜの姿寿司と唐揚げ以外は
”初めて見る”ものはありません。
とにかく、魚料理をおいしく食べさせるお店なのでしょう。
とりあえず、ぼうぜの姿寿司と唐揚げ、
そして、鳴門鯛のかぶと煮、よこわのお造りを注文しました。
・よこわ
期待通り、ねっとりとした食感がおいしいです。
厚めの切り身がおいしさを倍増させてくれますね。
・鯛のかぶと煮
ちょうどいい味付けです。
この味付けがすごく気に入りました。
ややグロテスクな鯛の顔がかわいく見えます。
・ぼうぜ姿寿司
こちらも見た目は恐ろしいお寿司です～
鯖寿司のように、お酢でしめられていて
さらに、ショウガとすだちがのっています。
見た目から想像するより食べやすいです。
・ぼうぜ唐揚げ
唐揚げにしちゃうと、恐ろしさはありませんね。
白身のおいしい魚でした。
実は、このぼうぜのお寿司ですが、
スーパーでも売っていました。
それくらい庶民的な魚ということなのでしょう。
こういうレストランと、スーパーのを食べ比べてみるのもおもしろいかもしれませんね。
