JR徳島駅から西方面へひと駅
佐古駅からすぐの場所にあるラーメン屋さん
入店してすぐ右に券売機
しかしメニューが多くて悩むも、
「Bセット(中華そば+ギョーザ 700円」をポチリ
この組み合わせで700円は安いよね
他には味噌やつけ麺なんかもありますぜ
店内は2人掛けと4人掛けテーブルが数卓
店員さんがギョーザのタレと一味を持って来てくれました
程なくして中華そばとギョーザ到着
でっかい丼にたっぷりスープ
鶏ガラメインに豚骨を合わせてるのかな
人によっては強めの豚骨臭が気になるかも
醤油のキレがあるカエシの風味は悪くないです
麺量は120g程
中細のパツンとしたストレート麺
トッピングはチャーシュー・もやし・メンマ・青ネギ
チャーシューが切れっ端ばかりだったのがちょい残念
ギョーザは油少なめのふわっと仕上げ
中は豚肉・キャベツ・ニラに少量のニンニク
薄めの皮と餡は肉多めで食べ応えあり
なんか「超・中華そば」っていうメニューが気になったので
今後それを試しにいくかも？
